¡ß Credit card payments are handled by EXIMBAY. Thus, since our company does not have any information on your credit card, you can make payments while being free of worries.

The delivery period may differ depending on holidays and regions of the country of shipment and destination.
When ordering using EMS services, customers can track the shipment in real-time over the web, and the shipments will be safely delivered to your home in 3-6 days.
Regular air shipments ordinarily require 10-15 days and shipments may also get lost. Therefore, our company strongly recommends the use of EMS delivery, which is safe from getting lost.
There are also some cases in which the goods are not delivered due to the absence of the recipient. In this case, immediately contact your local post office.

¡ß Shipments according to the ordering day of the week
Ambak.com is committed to same-day shipments, but we do not make shipments during the weekends and holidays.

¡ß Shipments according to the quantity ordered and country
- In the event that you order multiple goods, we will ship the orders in 2~3 day intervals from Korea.
(Shipments of up to 11 cartons at a time are possible through EMS shipments.)
- There are many cases in which countries outside of the U.S. (Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand, etc) imposes customs taxes, so please keep in this in mind when making orders.
We are not responsible for any taxes imposed on the purchaser.

¡ß Delivery accidents
There sometimes are cases in which the product is not received due to the absence of the recipient.
In this event, contact your local post office promptly, and if the product does not arrive after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at ambak@ambak.com.
In order to avoid these kinds of accidents, we strongly recommend EMS deliveries, which are safe from getting lost.

¡ß Canceling orders and refunds
Cancellation and refunds on orders are only possible prior to shipments.
As long as you contact us before the shipment is made, we will give you a 100% refund.
For any delivery accidents caused by Ambak, we will take all responsibilities and provide you with a full refund.
